Urbane Lounge
Urbane Lounge on the ground floor of the hotel brings diners the authentic recipe for a mouth-watering Lobster Monster burger with sweet brioche buns, crunchy lobster tempura topped with Cajun salsa, apple slaw and rocket salad.
During this May, guests can enjoy free entrance on Thursday Ladies Night on May 18 at the lobby lounge to escape from the blistering hot weather in Saigon and watch exciting dance performances.
Food ConneXion restaurant
The Food ConneXion restaurant on level 3 will offer a buffet menu with authentic Asian food including spicy Korean soups, fresh Japanese sushi, Chinese dim sum and the signature Pad Thai on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
On Wednesday and Saturday nights, diners can enjoy a special seafood night with a variety of seafood from different regions of Vietnam. Moreover, diners will be served a Boston lobster cooked on request among steamed, roasted or baked.
Cobalt Wine Bar & Restaurant
Cobalt Wine Bar & Restaurant on level 30 features a selection of Canadian lobster from May 8 at the price of VND1.25 million per dish. Besides, the restaurant also prepares a special selection of white wine to match with the savor of the lobster with prices starting from VND150,000 net per glass and VND700,000 net per bottle.
