Developing tourism products in South Central Coastal region

(TITC) – Aiming to develop competitive tourism products and prepare for Visit Viet Nam Year 2019 in Khanh Hoa Province and South Central Coastal region, from September 9-14, 2018, Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) organizes a famtrip to survey tourism products of the region.  


Mui Ne (Binh Thuan)

In attendance are representatives of VNAT, tourism authorities of some South Central Coastal provinces and relevant departments; airlines, travel agencies across the country; and media agencies.

Being endowed with a lot of beautiful landscapes, the South Central Coastal provinces of Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan have become attractive destinations for domestic and international visitors. Especially, the provinces can be easily connected with other provinces in the region and the whole country. The famtrip is a good opportunity to utilize the advantages of geography and tourism potentials of the regional provinces and strengthen cooperation and develop competitive and quality tourism products.

As scheduled, the famtrip will visit many attractions such as Duc Thanh School - Poshanu Cham Towers, Mui Ne – Hon Rom, Sea Link City and RD Wine Castle, Bau Trang, Co Thach beach, seven-color stone bank, Cave Pagoda (Binh Thuan Province); Bau Truc pottery village, Ca Na beach, My Nghiep brocade weaving village, Mui Dinh, Tanyoli tourist site, Ba Moi grape garden, Po Klong Garai Towers, Vinh Hy Bay, Nui Chua national park, Rai cave (Ninh Thuan Province); Binh Hung – Binh Ba – Binh Lap islands, Kenh Ha lake eco-tourism site, Stone cave historical site, National historical relic of Memorial Ship C235, Doc Let beach (Khanh Hoa Province).

In the framework of the famtrip, VNAT will host a seminar on developing tourism products in the South Central Coastal region on September 14, in order to help the provinces lure more visitors in coming time.
