Exhibition marks President Ho Chi Minh’s 132nd birthday anniversary

An exhibition officially opened at Ho Chi Minh City Book Street on May 18 to mark the 132nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19, 1890-2022) and the 111 years since Uncle Ho left the country to find a way to save the country (June 5, 1911-2022).

The exhibition is divided into two parts themed “Finding a way to save the country and national liberation” and “Building factors to ensure victory and national liberation”.
 
The exhibits highlight the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh and his 30-year-journey abroad to find a way to save the country.
 
A number of documentary films on President Ho Chi Minh will be also screened at the exhibition.
 
A wide variety of activities and forums will be held to introduce works on Uncle Ho and his journey, along with other activities on this occasion.
 
The exhibition will run until May 22.

* As many as 500 books and newspapers praising the great contributions made by President Ho Chi Minh to national construction and defence are being displayed at the Hanoi Liberation from May 18-25.
 
The exhibits are divided into four themes: “President Ho Chi Minh - the national liberation hero”, “President Ho Chi Minh – global cultural celebrity”, “President Ho Chi Minh with international friends” and “President Ho Chi Minh in the capital city of Hanoi”.
 
The exhibition also aims to affirm the great values of Uncle Ho’s ideals and morality as well as the respect of people around the country, especially the capital city’s citizens, for the great leader.
