Cooperation in researching and discovering caves in Quang Binh

(TITC) On 29th June 2022 (Local time), in London, the United Kingdom, in the framework of the Vietnam – United Kingdom High-level Forum on Economy and Trade, under witnesses of Chairman of Vietnamese National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh and Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee Vu Dai Thang,  Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Ho An Phong and Mr. Howard Limbert, expert of The British Cave Research Association (BCRA) delivered a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in research, survey and discovery of caves in Quang Binh Province (in the North Central Vietnam).

Accordingly, the Memorandum of Understanding in research, survey and discovery of caves in Quang Binh aims to serve natural values preservation and promote tourism development in Quang Binh Province.
 
Cave Expedition belongs to the BCRA has more than 30 years of Cave researching and exploration in Vietnam in general and Quang Binh Province in particular with hundreds of caves discovered, especially Son Doong Cave - The World’s largest cave - discovered by the BCRA in 2009.
 
The great efforts of the BCRA have contributed to Quang Binh in forming the reputation of “Kingdom of Caves” associated with unique adventure tourism products; at the same time, turn Quang Binh to an attractive destination for domestic and international tourists.
