At the seminar, the speakers provided useful information about source markets and also recommended solutions to attract more tourists from these markets to Viet Nam in the coming time. According to Mr. Oliver Martin from Twenty 31 Consulting (Canada), Viet Nam should focus on visa facilitation, enhancement of air connectivity and tourism environment. Currently, the lack of direct flights between Viet Nam and USA, Canada and few direct flights between Viet Nam and Australia also create barriers to tapping these potential markets.
