Ha Noi will carry out several key projects to create more cultural attraction to serve people, such as building dynamic theatre with lotus symbol and Opera House around West Lake.

At the meeting with artists from the Ha Noi Union of Literature and Arts Associations, Chairman of Ha Noi City People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung said the city defined 51 key projects, including six cultural projects.
Especially, in the near future, Ha Noi will research upgrading Long Bien Bridge to display cultural and arts works, and connect with the space of Ha Noi Old Quarter to create more cultural attraction.
The chairman of Ha Noi City People’s Committee said that the city would support capital artists and intellectuals to produce significant cultural and arts programmes. He also expressed his hope that members of the Ha Noi Union of Literature and Arts Associations would continue accompanying the city for capital building, especially in the preservation and promotion of cultural values.
