A photo contest on Vietnam - Paris autumn has been launched in Hanoi to mark the 40th anniversary of Vietnam - France diplomatic ties.
A Japanese culture week commenced in central Nghe An province on June 10 with a wide range of activities. The week was co-organised by the Nghe An Union of Friendship Organisations and the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Association to mark the 40 th anniversary of the two countries' diplomatic ties and the 2013 Vietnam-Japan Friendship Year.
