Saigontourist has opened several weekend tours to meet rising tourist demands. Sac Forest in Can Gio for one or two days is VND430,000 or about VND1.3 million per person. New features of Vung Tau City for two days, VND1.5 million per person, depart from HCMC every Saturday. Tours departing from Hanoi visit temples and pagodas for a day for VND350,000 per person.
In Can Gio, tourists will visit the 28m high Tang Bong Tower to observe the entire Can Gio mangrove swamp, fish for crabs and see the crocodile feeding farms, Monkey Island and many other places.
In Vung Tau City, tourists will take the cable cars on Nui Lon (Big Mount) to observe the city and to admire the cherry blossoms, Bach Dinh (White Palace) and other destinations.
Tours departing from Hanoi offer an array of choices, including a visit to Mother Temple in Lang Son Province, Ba Chua Kho Temple, Trang An - Bai Dinh - Hoa Lu in Ninh Binh Province and Thanh Chuong Palace.
