Le Méridien Saigon launches Sunday brunch at Latest Recipe

Chefs of Le Méridien Saigon, the first hotel of Le Méridien global chain of upscale hotels & resorts in Viet Nam, have dished up an extravagant Sunday brunch for expatriates and locals to taste food specialties at Latest Recipe.

The Sunday brunch is put on as a gastronomic journey for gourmets to explore both Vietnamese and international food specialties. On the serving counters at Latest Recipe are Viet Nam’s fresh seafood products; a wide selection of imported lobster, live mud crab, king prawn and a “Fine de Clair” oyster bar as well as a free flow of Taittinger Champagne, signature “LeTini” cocktails, oyster shooters, beer and wine.

The signature restaurant overlooking the Saigon River also features an open showcase kitchen that allows diners to enjoy baked pizzas and made-to-order dishes by the luxury’s culinary team.

The brunch is available from noon to 3:30 p.m. every Sunday. From VND1.3 million per person, guests can enjoy their brunch with a free flow of wine, beer, soft drinks, Illy coffee and Ronnefeldt tea. A price from VND1.4 million per person includes the famous Taittinger Champagne.

The Sunday brunch cost for children of three to 12 years old is from VND650,000. Latest Recipe also offers a discount for current Star Privilege Vietnam members until end of October this year.

Currently, Le Méridien Saigon is rolling up its sleeves for the official grand opening on September 17. The mid-town hotel offers both panoramic river vistas and views of the bustling cityscape as well as a convenient access to shopping centers, restaurants and French-architecture buildings, including the Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral and the HCMC Post Office.
